Too many companies are playing the “cable game” to upsell their clients. We don’t believe in games; we believe in solutions! Technicians should not return multiple times for the same issue.
Things should be fixed right the first time. Our policy is to offer 3 solutions; the “band-aid”, the “temp” repair and the Permanent Fix.
The “band-aid” may alleviate the issue for a small amount of time. The “temp” repair will offer a little more time than the band-aid. The “Permanent fix” is just what it says! While we prefer the permanent fix we understand plumbing can be expensive and offer these options so YOU can make the
choice that suits your needs.

"Called Jesse for my wall heater. Very professional, scheduled a day and time for him to show up and was promptly there as agreed upon.
Jesse conducts himself very properly. Clean, methodical and patient. After taking out the shroud and vacuuming the wall heater, he started diagnosing the problem. Fired it up, noticed that the pilot would flicker after a while then die, lit it up again and adjusted a few things and came to the conclusion of a bad gas valve. The amazing thing was that he gave me an option to research a better price for a replacement valve through the internet.
