Showed up on time, got started right away on figuring out the issue while explaining it all to me. Fixed the issue within 30 minutes and did not try to oversell any services. “Called Jesse for my wall heater. Very professional, scheduled a day and time for him to show up and was promptly there as agreed upon.
Jesse conducts himself very properly. Clean, methodical and patient. After taking out the shroud and vacuuming the wall heater, he started diagnosing the problem. Fired it up, noticed that the pilot would flicker after a while then die, lit it up again and adjusted a few things and came to the conclusion of a bad gas valve. The amazing thing was that he gave me an option to research a better price for a replacement valve through the internet.
Jesse is a stand-out guy. Pleasant to talk to and explains things very well. He will not gouge you at all. I’m a fan and a customer for future projects!”
